This was what we did when technology failed us. The visualiser was sent for servicing so the kids had to gather at the front of the classroom to listen to the 3-minute presentations by the candidates. The rest of the kids were then given 2 votes to cast. Aidan and Jenna garnered the highest number of votes and were appointed as the Class Monitor and Class Monitress respectively.
